| Bio: | Update 2/11/08: Has it truly been nearly two years since I changed my bio???? So much has happened and it's amazing how different yet how the same a person can be! Since that last update (see below), I have found a job and currently work at a cats only veterinary clinic in Folsom. I got married on July 2, 2006 and so far, have not totally sabotaged the wonderful relationship with Bear. I did get take my State Board exam to be an RVT and passed on my first try! Though I love my work and am grateful for a kind and generous boss, I have occasional doubts as to if this is the career I want for the rest of my life.... I've recently retired from competitive latin dancing and am looking for other ways to be creative and express myself. 2007 was a very trying year. To date, Bear and I counted eleven family related deaths last year, some happening days of each other. As morbid as it sounds, we hope to have a more happier, funeral-free year in 2008. All the stuff, especially the deaths, have really made me think a bit more on life and how I'd like to live it. I'm hoping to keep gaining more insight and finding more of the person I am this year. I hope this year will be, not just a year of change, but a year of changing for the better...j Update 6/5/06: I've had this journal a few years now and things have changed a great deal since then. I went back to school and got a degree in Veterinary Technician. I am not currently working (having left my old desk job half a year ago) and will be looking to start my career in a Vet clinic soon. When I do, I will hopefully have passed my State Board Exam and be applying as a Registered Tech. I finally got my kitty pic, thanks to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} dragondoodle, and it expresses the winged kitty side of me perfectly. I still do competitive Latin dancing with my partner tyrgoth and Bear and I still have cats. We had gained another last year, which had upped us to four, but it has gone back down to 3 as of March (Pepe Steven 2001-2006). Bear and I are soon to be married (in less than a month at this point), I've recently started practicing my magick/wicca more consistantly again, and I still crave artistic expression, though there are days when my laziness and lack of confidence get the better or me (which is usually the case 75% of the time....) | ||
